How long does stamped concrete last?
20–30 years before it starts needing real refresh work. Resealing every 2–3 years keeps the color from fading and protects the surface from the elements.
What maintenance does it need?
Cleaning a few times a year — pressure wash or hose down. Reseal every 2–3 years with an acrylic sealer to keep the color and shine. That's it.
Can you stamp my existing patio?
No. Stamping has to happen on wet concrete, so we have to pour fresh. In some cases we can install a stamped overlay over a sound existing slab, but for best results and longest life it's new construction.
How do I pick a pattern and color?
We bring sample boards to the on-site visit. You pick the stamp pattern (Ashlar slate, cobblestone, herringbone brick, wood plank, or random stone), the base color, and an accent or release color. Most clients decide within 15 minutes.
