These terms cover the use of napervilleflatwork.com and the services Concrete Connection Naperville provides.

Services we provide

Concrete Connection Naperville installs concrete driveways, patios, stamped decorative concrete, walkways and sidewalks, and garage slabs in Naperville and the surrounding DuPage and Will County communities. Specific service descriptions are on the individual service pages of this site.

Free estimates are not a commitment

When you submit a quote request, we'll come out to look at the site and provide a written estimate at no cost. Receiving an estimate doesn't obligate you to hire us, and providing an estimate doesn't obligate us to take the work. Either side can decide not to move forward, and that's fine.

Project pricing

Prices shown on this site are typical ranges based on past work. Your actual price depends on the specific conditions at your property: size, thickness, prep work needed, decorative options, permitting, and site access. The written estimate after the on-site visit is the price we stand behind.

If something we couldn't have known about turns up during the work — for example, an unstable subgrade that requires extra prep — we'll stop, explain, and quote the change before proceeding. We don't issue change orders unilaterally.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we'll come back and fix it. This covers craftsmanship, not normal wear, deicer damage, or hairline cracking inherent to concrete.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in writing on each project's signed estimate. We don't take deposits at the time of quote — payment is structured around milestones once work is scheduled.

Use of this site

You're welcome to read this site for your own information about concrete services. Copying our copy, images, or design for use on another contractor's website is not allowed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to this website or our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project at issue. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
